First of all, I just want to point out that despite the fact that I have only published 6 posts so far and 2 of them are about muffins, I am not actually obsessed with muffins. I think I’ve baked more muffins in the past two weeks than I have in my entire life. It’s just the way it worked out.
But muffins are a pretty awesome treat; I can’t go out for coffee without ordering one (I suspect this is why my diets never work out). Whilst I normally do go for the ‘skinny muffin’ option, even they tend to pack 300 calories plus per muffin. It’s just not cricket. Continue reading
